Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, I am unable to ship to the EU or UK at this time. If you are ordering outside of the U.S., please order from the following link: https://athartprints.etsy.com
(Shipping for international orders typically takes 4-6 weeks)
How long will it take to receive my order?
Please allow 1–2 weeks for me to process your order before shipping it out. Once shipped, delivery times are typically 1–2 weeks.
What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?
Once your package is shipped, I can no longer control its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, I recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. As a one-woman business, I’m not able to offer replacements or refunds in these cases.
Sometimes, USPS marks packages as delivered a bit early. If this happens, please allow a few extra days for it to arrive. You can also reach out to your local post office for assistance.
Do you accept refunds, exchanges, or cancellations?
At this time, I’m unable to accommodate refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. Please double-check all details, especially your address, before placing your order.
Why don’t you offer free shipping?
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as “free shipping.” When free shipping is being offered, the business is paying for it. As a small business, I cannot afford to do this. I don’t profit from shipping fees. The cost covers the price of USPS shipping labels and packaging materials. Thank you for your understanding!
1. Take a clear photo of the damaged item.
2. Email the photo to a.t.h.artshop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item.
3. Include your order number and a brief description of the damage.
4. Upon receiving your email, I will assess the damage and reach out to you to resolve the issue.
